Step 2 – At the top right of the bank’s home page is an Internet Banking widget. Click on this widget.

Step 3 – Enter your user ID and access code, thereafter click on Sign on button.

If the particulars entered by you are correct, you will be directed to your account dash board.

What do you do if you cannot remember your access code?

If you are unable to remember your access code, you may not be able to log into your account. In situations like this, you should reset your access code and obtain a new access code from the bank. To reset your access code, contact the bank by visiting a branch close to you or call the bank’s contact centre on 1300-36-2000.

How to enroll for online banking service

New customers must enroll for online banking service with the bank before they can enjoy the online banking service. To enroll, follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Visit the bank’s website – http://www.reliancebank.com.au/

Step 2 – At the top right of the bank’s home page is an Internet Banking widget. Click on this widget.

Step 3 – At the top left of the page is a Register tab. Click on this tab.

Step 4 – click on downloadable form link

Step 5 – Fill the form and take it to one of the bank’s branch.

Once the bank receives the form and your details are verified, you will receive a password to get you started.
